We use the U.S. postal service especially the use of the flat rate box. It takes about 3-4

days for shipments to arrive in the U.S. west coast and 4-5 days to the east coast.

Shipments to Canada will take a little longer and cost more.

Shipping to mainland USA (49 states not including Hawaii) is through the U.S. postal

service priority flat rate mail. It is the least costly, is timely, and is also very reliable.

Items are shipped the next business day if the item is in stock. West Coast recipients

get their mail in about 3-4 days and East Coast about 4-5 days. Sharlene insulates

chocolates so they donʼt melt on the way.

If you are shipping to friends or family at another address, Sharlene will hand write your personalized message for you.

Non USA orders are shipped via USPS mail. Sending an order to any worldwide USA

military address or to any U.S. territories will be at the same low USPS rates.

Hawaii State orders are shipped via first class mail. If you are traveling to Hawaii from Japan or some other foreign country and would like us to ship our products to your hotel, please email an order or submit your order on our website at least one week in advance of your arrival.

Please include the dates of stay, hotel address, hotel telephone number, your telephone number and any information necessary for processing. 

Shipping cost within the islands of Hawaii is lowest.
